Outpatient social care (ASA)Staying independent to stay at homeWe have two multidisciplinary teams working in the Neuchâtel mountains (Extase) and coastal region (Appart'ASA), providing outpatient social care. |
Both projects are individualised and personalised, with the shared goal of being able to stay at home and have maximum independence. Applicants retain control over their choices. They are supported and guided to gain autonomy within the reach of their ability.
Inside a Fondation Alfaset apartment
We have several types of accommodation, some rented and some belonging to Fondation Alfaset (other than our residences), allowing beneficiaries to acquire the autonomy they need at their own pace.
Inside private housing
Regular socio-educational support allows people living in their own apartment to stay where they live. Beneficiaries’ experience of outpatient support has shown its efficacy, and has proven beneficial for all parties involved.
