Accompaniment: Fondation Alfaset's purpose
Tailored social and/or professional integration
Fondation Alfaset offers people with disabilities a holistic daily support network adapted to the loss of autonomy they are experiencing. Accompaniment is individualised to fit beneficiaries’ personal plans and life goals.
Support can be combined and arranged in the following areas:
- Professional work
- Accommodation
- Daily life
- Social life
- Psychosocial needs
Depending on the needs of each individual, accompaniment is provided:
- at home (outpatient social care or “ASA”)
- in Fondation Alfaset's residences (via our socio-educational team)
- in Fondation Alfaset’s workshops (via our socio-professional team)
- in our partner workshops (workshops with a focus on socialisation)
- at our mountain and coastal CNRs (psychosocial rehabilitation centres)
- at the Day Care Center (a space to respond to requests without any constraints)
Our various integration programmes focus on developing residual skills, encouragement, confidence building and self-determination, with all levels of support provided.
“Valuing and working with people's residual skills, without focusing on deficits”
