digital archivingImportant documents made accessible againWhether it’s the previous month’s invoices from a company, old plans from an architect’s office, patient files from HFR Fribourg hospital, or old issues from Swiss press (NZZ, St. Galler Tagblatt, La Suisse, etc.), electronic document management is growing. |
Storage that was previously kept on microfilm is now mainly requested in pdf format. Once scanned in our professional scanners, the data is permanently stored with you and can be viewed whenever you like.
Digital archiving requires a specific kind of dexterity. Our scanning operators change shifts every two hours to maintain the intense concentration required. In this work, Fondation Alfaset has partnered with "Digitalbooks", the world leader in the sector.
